Use the invite link from your coach, team admin, or family contact to access your team site. If you cannot sign in or do not see the right team, ask the person who invited you to confirm the email address and role they used.
Team staff manage invites, roster, schedules, game data, video links, and team settings inside HoopScoop. If a player, parent, or guest needs access, start by checking their invitation and team role.
If a stat, roster entry, game detail, recap, or video looks wrong or incomplete, contact your team admin or coach first. Team staff control the source data shown on the team site.
For HoopScoop product issues that your team admin cannot resolve, email support@hoopscoop.ai with your team name, the email address you use to sign in, and a short description of what happened.
