Answers for invited players, parents, family members, and coaches using a HoopScoop team site.

How do I get access to a team site?

A team site is shared by invite. If your team is using HoopScoop, use the invite link from your coach, team admin, or family contact to sign in.

What can I see after a game is added?

Games can include a scoreboard, box score, team stats, player pages, shot charts, an AI game recap, and embedded game video when available.

Where do I watch game video?

When game video is available, it appears on the game page with the rest of the game details so you can watch and review it in context.

What are AI game recaps?

AI game recaps summarize the game from the available stats and game context. They are meant to help teams and families quickly revisit what happened.

Why is a game missing stats, video, or a recap?

Some details may appear after the game data, video, and recap are added to the team site. If something looks missing, check back later or ask the person who manages your team site.

Can I share the team site with someone else?

Team sites are shared by invite. Ask your coach, team admin, or family contact before forwarding access to someone else.

Who manages the team site?

Each team site is managed by the people responsible for that team. They control team details, game information, and who should have access.
