Terms of Service

HoopScoop is provided for basketball team analytics, roster and schedule organization, game review, player pages, game video, and AI recaps.

Access is invite-based and limited to approved teams. HoopScoop may approve, pause, limit, or end beta access when needed.

Users are responsible for keeping their account access secure and for using HoopScoop only through accounts and teams they are allowed to access.

Team adults and authorized team representatives are responsible for entering accurate team information and sharing access only with people connected to the team.

Teams are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed to add, share, or display roster data, stats, team materials, and game video in HoopScoop.

HoopScoop is not directed to children under 13. Users under 13 may not create their own account or submit information directly. A parent, guardian, coach, or authorized adult must manage access for under-13 participants.

Do not misuse HoopScoop, attempt to access teams you are not invited to, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use team information in a way that violates someone else's rights.

AI game recaps are generated from available stats and game context. They may need review and should not be treated as official records, legal conclusions, medical advice, or recruiting guarantees.

HoopScoop may change, limit, or remove beta features as the product develops or when needed to protect team data, account access, or service reliability.

HoopScoop is provided during beta without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoopScoop is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
